Race Day Format: Scrutineering - close 8.15am, Nominations - close 8.15am, Driver's brief - 8.30am, Late Nominations will not be accepted
Open Meetings - Nominations for open meetings close prior to race day, please check the closing date when nominating.

ATTENTION ALL DIRT TRACKERS KART CLUB DRIVERS AND MEMBERS.

Due to the large number of nominations we are currently experiencing on race days the DTKC executive committee have made some changes to the format to ensure we get all 5 rounds of racing in as best we can.

To do this so you ALL get your racing in we need your help as well with the changes below.
Please forward this message onto any other members that you may feel need to know the information below.

  • Pit gates close to all vehicles at 6.45am
  • No vehicles to enter the lower pit area at all, due to new road base that has been put down.
  • Duty people must be there at 7.45am & report to Jamie Thorpe on arrival to have you name ticked off & receive your detail for the day.
  • Officials brief at 8am SHARP.
  • Scrutineering times closes at 8.15am SHARP.
  • Nominations closes at 8.15am SHARP.
  • Drivers brief 8.30am SHARP.
  • Racing starts at 9am SHARP.
